Tai Chi Private Training with Sifu JC
Sifu JC was a weekly student for over 20 years with Grandmaster Baugh, studying Tai Chi both Yang and Chen studying student Etiquette, Stretching, Chan Ssu Jin (Silk Reeling Exercises), Yow Jin (Waist Training Exercises), Forms and Posture Work, Standing Meditation, Push Hands, Fan, and Swords, 13 Postures Health Practices, Reverse Breathing and Martial Grand Circulation, Qigong both Neigong and Weigong methods.

Each class focuses on the 4 Tenets of Tai Chi Chuan practice of Warm-ups, Form Training, Pushhands, and Standing Meditation
Yang Style Tai Chi
Sifu JC teaches the Yang 48, Yang Saber, Yang Fan, and Double-Edged Sword (Jian).
Chen Style Tai Chi
Sifu JC teaches the Chen 56 Cannon Fist, Chen Saber (Dao), and over 50 Chan Sss Jins. Additionally, Sifu teaches the Hun Yuan Chen Style Qigong.
Tai Chi Jian Sword
Sifu JC instructs multiple sword forms and is a North American champion who has won numerous competitions in Yang Saber, Yang Jian, and Chen Saber.

Tai Chi Push Hands
Sifu teaches a Push Hands curriculum to help students understand each aspect of tai chi fighting and its applications.
