Medical Qigong Encompasses Self-Practice, Theory, and Therapy

Medical Qigong is one of the oldest and most effective energy and physical healing practices. It works wonderfully as a stand-alone treatment or in conjunction with other healing systems.

Your First Medical Qigong Session Includes:

  1. Evaluation:
The therapist will assess your physical, emotional, and energetic health to develop a personalized treatment plan. Depending on the package you choose, this may include an oral report at the end of the session or a comprehensive written report with specific recommendations for body, mind, and spirit.
  2. Treatment:
Energy (heat, light, sound) is transmitted through the air and clothing, so there’s no need to disrobe. The treatment involves energy healing, as well as diagnosing and balancing the body's organ systems. Techniques such as light acupressure, massage, and gentle touch on the hands and feet will be used. Clients may feel sensations like warmth, tingling, coolness, vibration, or twitching as stagnant energy is released.
  3. Prescriptions:
After the session, clients will be given customized Qigong exercises, affirmations, and meditations tailored to their specific needs. These healing exercises act like a prescription, supporting continued healing, much like an acupuncturist would prescribe herbs or a doctor would recommend medications.
